One of the best ways to get connected at the Vineyard is to join one of our many great Small Groups. They are really one of the most important parts of the Vineyard. Check them out by clicking on the link above.

Newcomers' Class
We are glad you have chosen to find out more about the Duluth Vineyard! Our Newcomers’ class is the basic introduction to our church family. We are aware that we have members from many different church backgrounds; this class was designed to clearly and specifically explain who and what our church is.

The Basis for this Class
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household… Ephesians 2:19 (NIV)

Welcome Dessert
If you’re newer to the Vineyard and would like to hear about what makes the Vineyard community different, we’d love to have you join us at our Welcome Dessert You’ll get the chance to meet some of our staff and ask those questions that you’ve always wondered about. Dessert and childcare are provided. Please sign up online or in your program.

Foundations
“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, that person is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.”
2 Corinthians 5:15

This promise is for you! Isn’t that great? You are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Now that you have begun this new relationship with God, someone may have asked you questions, or you may have your own questions, regarding your faith.

For instance, do you understand why you are a Christian? Would you be able to explain from the bible what makes someone a Christian? Have you ever wondered about the practical reasons for prayer, bible study, baptism, or communion? These are some of the topics we will address at a course called Foundations. This course is a discussion group that will equip you with the basic knowledge and understanding of the basic and most important foundational truths of the Christian life. Whether you are a new believer, or returning to church after a long absence, or simply have more questions about the foundations of a relationship with Jesus, Foundations is a great place to understand these truths.

We offer weekly meetings on Thursday evenings at 7pm. This course includes a topical bible study with some group discussion and prayer. Don’t let the discussion portion intimidate you! You won’t be put on the spot. This is simply a time where we discuss the issues presented. Plus, you get the chance to meet others and build new relationships with those also taking this course. It’s a great time of learning and connecting with other people from Vineyard.
