We can be leaders in many different aspects in our lives – in our churches, families, places of work, and our neighborhoods. Our Leadership Basics training class helps you explore your own leadership gifting and gives you all the tools you’ll need to be a kingdom leader wherever you might lead. This class focuses on building a strong foundation for your leadership with topics like character, integrity, maturity, and testing under authority. Using an online hybrid teaching model, each week participants will view a short video talk online and read a few articles on that week’s topic. Then we’ll gather in person to engage in meaningful discussions and reflect on the material to see how it applies to our lives and to listen for how Jesus is speaking to us in these areas.
