Assisted Livings can be a place of loneliness, homelessness, mental and physical limitations, and spiritual oppression, so it’s incredible to be able to extend a hand of gentleness and a willing ear that will listen and encourage those who have a hunger for a relationship with God.
Baptisms are a significant event in the lives of many people; it is a joyful celebration for the entire church community, and we want to minister to them on this special day in their lives.
The Bookstore exists to offer resources that promote the Vineyard priorities and values.
Want to support the clothing closet? You can either donate or volunteer! We collect gently used clothes for a “Free Clothing Closet” that happens each week at the Fruit of the Vine Foodshelf. We also have volunteers help sort donations and organize our clothing closet. Volunteers gather to sort clothing Tuesday and Friday mornings if you want to do it with a team! We also have volunteers “staff” the clothing closet during our food shelf hours, to help guests pick out clothes.
A warm cup of coffee or tea brings comfort, but also gives a communal sense of belonging. We share God’s love through hospitality, helping people to feel comfortable, welcome, and at home while attending one of Duluth Vineyard’s services or events.
This behind-the-scenes opportunity involves just one hour every 4 weeks. Team members choose to either serve one hour before the first service of the day, or for one hour after the last service of the day. A great way to honor Jesus & bless the whole body of believers at Vineyard!
As more and more people attend our weekend services, the need to ensure that everyone in the building is safe at all times has increased.
At the Vineyard, we want all of our communications to be accurate, effective and amazing invitations to welcome our Vineyard family, and the larger Twin-ports community into the great things God is up to here. We want to communicate the radical, life-giving gospel using our God-given skills and talents.

The Facilities Cleaning team offers a powerful way to help bring people into deeper relationship with Jesus by eliminating facilities-related distractions for our visitors. By providing a clean and healthy environment, we help people feel safe and relaxed, which allows them to focus on building healthy community and spiritual relationships.
We want to be good stewards of all of our resources and facilities to serve others and our community. The Setup team allows us to extend Jesus’ practical love to others by helping to set up our facilities for services, classes, and other church and community events.
With their special attention to the finest details, the Facilities First Impressions Team plays a vital role in making everything clean and attractive for our weekend visitors, putting the finishing touches on the auditorium and the rest of our building. Our goal is to extend God’s love in a truly meaningful and practical way, and to ensure our facilities are as welcoming and distraction-free as possible before every service.
The food shelf is one way that we as a church get to express the beautiful compassion of Jesus to those in the Twin Ports area by feeding the hungry. We get the chance to not only hand out food and clothing but help our guests on the food shelf experience the love and radical welcome of Jesus when they walk through the door. And, we have a blast doing it! Our food shelf is open to anyone in the Twin Ports area that has a need. Our volunteers get the opportunity to love people from all different backgrounds as we serve our guests and point them towards the hope that is in Jesus by helping to meet their practical needs. We exist to build bridges of friendship and allow Jesus to walk across them.
There are various roles to volunteer in, so anyone is welcome! Whether you prefer working behind the scenes or out in front with people, if you’re a parent who wants to serve with your kids, or whatever your life looks like, there’s a place for you to serve at the food shelf! We are open Tuesday evenings from 6pm – 8pm and Saturday mornings from 9:30am -11:30am. We ask volunteers to come 30 minutes before we open so we have time to set up, get to know each other, pray together, and also make sure everyone is trained into a role and feels comfortable. We would love to have you join us on a Tuesday from 5:30-8:30pm or a Saturday from 9am-12:30pm. Email us at [email protected] or call 218-525-3462 to set up a time to come and check it out! If you enjoy it, you’ll have the opportunity after you try it out to join a team to serve monthly, weekly, on-call, or somewhere in between.
At the Vineyard, we want to extend a warm welcome to everyone that comes to our church… both those that are brand new, as well as long time attenders. Our greeters play a key in role in extending this radical welcome.
We want to keep our grounds and parking lots safe, accessible, and welcoming to all who come to Duluth Vineyard. Doing this lessens distractions that may hinder someone from meeting with Jesus. It also is a way that we express our gratitude to God for the gift of property that He has entrusted to us.
This extension of prayer ministry mobilizes teams of 2 or 3 prayers who go out to pray for people about anything, anywhere – not just in the church!
We are looking for people who want to help create a radically welcoming environment for our students—to help them feel loved, valued, and accepted for who they are, and to continually point them to Christ. We’d like to invite you to join us in helping students become students of Jesus.
Marriage and Family Life Ministries serves families by extending our resources and encouragement in the areas of marriage and family life.
The Men’s Ministry at Duluth Vineyard is committed to partnering with the Holy Spirit to see men grow in their relationship with Christ and others.
We believe God loves to bring healing and wholeness to our lives, and he uses ordinary people to minister today just like Jesus did when he lived on earth.
Many people may find it difficult to come into a church building, but very few people find it difficult going to a coffee shop. We want our guests to feel welcome while attending our weekend services. By providing a cafe atmosphere along with coffee drinks, fruit smoothies, and other beverages, we hope to make it a place that people can meet with Jesus.
Behind the scenes and on the weekends we’re looking for people who are passionate about making the Vineyard a place known for loving kids, and for people who desire to be involved in allowing children to experience God’s huge love for them. If thats you, you‘re invited to be a part of our team as we see kids come face to face with Jesus every time they walk through our doors.

On the weekends during the services, we have volunteers at the welcome center to welcome our visitors and assist them with their needs.
Women’s Ministry is designed to encourage, equip, and reach women. We want to equip women to become disciples of Jesus and do everything Jesus did, becoming who he created us to be, and ministering out of wholeness.
Worship is our response to our knowledge and experience of God. We want to equip you with the tools and training needed to help lead our community in responding to God.
