We want to make our classes and events available to everyone! In an effort to do this, we offer childcare during some of our classes and events. These are paid positions, so there are a few more requirements for these roles. Please ask and we can set you up with all the information you need.

We share God’s love through the hospitality that a delicious cup of coffee or tea offers, helping people to feel comfortable and welcome while attending one of Vineyard’s services or events.
This behind-the-scenes opportunity involves just one hour every 4 weeks. Team members choose to either serve one hour before the first service of the day, or for one hour after the last service of the day. A great way to honor Jesus & bless the whole body of believers at Vineyard!
Connect tours help people feel more connected to our community by seeing the ins and outs of our facility and learning about the opportunities to serve and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Many Vineyard events are brimming with great food and beverages. And it can take quite a crew to bless our community with tasty treats and meals.
As more and more people attend our weekend services, the need to ensure that everyone in the building is safe at all times has increased.
At the Vineyard, we want all of our communications to be accurate, effective and amazing invitations to welcome our Vineyard family, and the larger Twin-ports community into the great things God is up to here. We want to communicate the radical, life-giving gospel using our God-given skills and talents.
A chance to meet with people, help disciple them, spending time talking to them and coaching them in their walk with Jesus.
The Facilities Cleaning team offers a powerful way to help bring people into deeper relationship with Jesus by eliminating facilities-related distractions for our visitors. By providing a clean and healthy environment, we help people feel safe and relaxed, which allows them to focus on building healthy community and spiritual relationships. Our hands help others to know His heart.
The Facilities Maintenance Team allows those with mechanical, construction and maintenance skills to use their unique talents to serve the Kingdom of God. This team helps maintain and repair our facilities and equipment on a scheduled and as-needed basis.
In keeping with the teachings of Jesus, we use all of our resources and facilities in service to others and our community. The setup teams allow us to extend our love to others by helping to set up and reconfigure our facilities for services, classes, and other church and community events.
The Facilities First Impressions team works to put the finishing touches on our building and auditorium in final preparation for the weekend services. With their special attention to the finest detail, this team plays a vital role in staging our facilities and making them sparkle and shine for our weekend visitors. Our goal is to extend God’s love in a truly meaningful and practical way, and to ensure our facilities are as warm and welcoming as possible before every service.
We host large events a few times each year and you can make donations of food, drink, or treats.
We collect gently used clothes for a “Free Clothing Closet” that happens each week at the Fruit of the Vine Foodshelf.
Freedom for Life teaches that Jesus is the center of all our efforts to recover and he is who we seek healing from; no matter what the sin is, the solution is always the same. In addition to prayer, support, and encouragement, Freedom for Life will teach people how to abandon their sins of choice and have a functional relationship with Jesus.
Our ministry seeks to serve the poor of the greater Twin Ports area with a week’s worth of food whilst taking the opportunity to love people and point them towards Jesus. We exist to build bridges of friendship and allow Jesus to walk across them.
Our team of spiritual mentors and lay counselors have a heart-felt desire to bring the healing love of Christ to those who are hurting spiritually, experiencing grief, in a painful life situation, an addiction, or some loss in life.
Our greeters serve to set visitors at ease and help answer any questions they have—at times, before they have a chance to ask them!
The Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Teams enable us to keep our grounds and parking lot safe, accessible, and welcoming to our visitors. By making an excellent first impression, we help people take the next steps in their spiritual journey to better know
This extension of prayer ministry mobilizes teams of 2 or 3 prayers who go out to pray for people about anything, anywhere – not just in the church!
HLI is committed to raising a generation of risk-taking leaders whose identity is rooted in the Father’s love. This nine month (September-May) intensive discipleship program for young adults is hosted at the Duluth Vineyard and we are asking our community to be “all in” for supporting these students during their time here. As a community, we get to show them how hospitality and serving has a Kingdom impact!

The Men’s Ministry at Duluth Vineyard is committed to partnering with the Holy Spirit to see men grow in their relationship with Christ and others.

Throughout history, God has used folks who are a bit farther along on the path toward him to help point newer followers in the right direction. Would you like to be part of that kind of powerful relationship? If you are interested in mentoring a college student, meeting 2-5 hours a month and being someone to give them perspective, encourage and challenge them, let us know!
We consider it a particular privilege to carry God’s message of love and salvation to other parts of the world which may otherwise never hear it.
Nursing homes can be a place of loneliness, homelessness, mental and physical limitations, and spiritual oppression, so it’s incredible to be able to extend a hand of gentleness and a willing ear that will listen and encourage those who have a hunger for a relationship with God.
The administrative ministry at the Vineyard serves a critical role in supporting the pastoral staff and providing the very best customer service in Duluth to every person who calls or walks through our doors. This team greets visitors during the day, answers telephone calls, ensures the lobby area is welcoming, and performs various office tasks as needed.
One of the first impressions people have of the Vineyard happens right when people enter our driveway. We strive to make their first impression positive by helping them find parking spots, directing traffic, and monitoring the parking lots.
We believe God loves to bring healing and wholeness to our lives, and he uses ordinary people to minister today just like Jesus did when he lived on earth.
Inmates are able to encounter Jesus through the mail! Feedback from over 400 prisoners assures us that the weekly message mailing is deeply appreciated. Team members serve at home with one week to complete the approximately 6 hour task.
Does your heart break as God’s heart breaks for parents who have experienced the death of a child? The Remembering God’s Little Ones service held once a year is designed to bless families, create space for them to remember and mourn their precious children, and allow them to receive what they need from Jesus in them middle of their pain and grief.
Small groups are the primary place to connect relationally, be cared for and grow as followers of Jesus, and to learn how to walk in the gifts that God has given us.
Street Teams are just ordinary people who go out on the streets of our city and bless people in various ways.
Our Street Teams have become known for their generosity among the people they come in contact with. We’re always in need more of great stuff to give away as a practical expression of God’s love!
We offer high quality coffee beverages, flavored espressos, mochas, fruit smoothies, and other beverages at a competitive price, helping people to feel comfortable and welcome while attending one of Vineyard’s services.
Behind the scenes and on the weekends we’re looking for people who are passionate about making the Vineyard a place known for loving kids, and for people who desire to be involved in allowing children to experience God’s huge love for them. Weekend Workshops are provided as a way of discipling people in many areas and happen monthly, and year round.
Women’s Ministry is designed to encourage, equip, and reach women. We want to equip women to become disciples of Jesus and do everything Jesus did, becoming who he created us to be, and ministering out of wholeness.
Worship is our response to our knowledge and experience of God. We want to equip you with the tools and training needed to help lead our community in responding to God.
