Service Times: Saturdays at 6 pm and Sundays at 9 & 11 am
We are a diverse group of imperfect folks who want to learn more about what it means to have a relationship with God and love one another. So, we encourage you to come as you are. We all have our long list of imperfections and struggles. We don’t want you to ever feel like you need to “polish up” your life or spiff up your wardrobe in order to come and hang out with us. You’ll meet folks from every walk of life and you may even see some of your friends. Our aim is to make you feel right at home.
So come on in, grab a free cup of coffee or tea or purchase a prepared beverage from our coffee bar – whatever your fancy. You could relax in the café or head straight into the auditorium and join us in worshipping through music, hear what’s going on in our community, and listen to a practical message right from the bible .
We look forward to meeting you!
Our mission in VineyardKids is to love children and to teach them to experience and participate in the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God is everywhere that God is King, which means if we let God get his way in our lives, the Kingdom of God is in us. So, we spend time modeling and teaching the kids who God is, what his will is, how he loves us, and how we can let him have his way in our lives. Read more about our children’s ministry here.
6 weeks – 5th grade
Vineyard Kids is a place where our children experience God’s love through worship, age-appropriate learning activities and relationships with each other and our fantastic teachers and helpers.
Ages 6 weeks through 3rd grade meet downstairs and 4th and 5th graders meet in Club 45 at the end of the main level hallway. Check-in stations are open 20 minutes prior to each service. The check-in stations for age 6 weeks through 3rd grade are located downstairs – the babies through Pre-K can be checked in on the right at the bottom of the stairs and the grade school children through 3rd grade on the left. We do our best to ensure a safe environment throughout our church and the kids program is no exception. When you check your child in at Vineyard Kids you and your child will each receive a sticker with a corresponding code so we can be sure that the people who pick the kids up after each service are the people they arrived with and no one else! Stickers will also include your child’s name and any food allergies or sensitivities you would like us to be aware of.
Club 45 (4th & 5th grades)
The 4th & 5th graders meet as Club 45 at the end of the main level hallway on the right-hand side. Anyone who brings a child to Club 45 is required to check them in at the Club 45 check-in station located just inside the door to their room. Club 45 has a fun, youth group atmosphere and is a place where kids can gather to worship, learn about and grow in relationship with God, play some games and have lots of active fun! Our 4th and 5th graders really enjoy joining our Jr. Highers for worship in The Well next door. Other than that they are in their own room with their peers and leaders building community through games (did someone say Four Square?!), conversation and Bible-based teaching.
The Well (6th – 8th grades)
The Well’s focus is building relationships – with God and each other! The Well is always buzzing with fun! There is a worship band, there are places to lounge and chat with friends and of course there are a bunch of games and activities. They meet during each service in the student ministries room towards the end of the main level hallway – next to Club 45. Upon entering and checking themselves in our Jr. Highers are greeted by friendly leaders, encouraged to grab a snack and beverage and make themselves at home.
The Burn (9th – 12th grades) – Wednesdays at 7pm
The Burn is a place for Senior High students to experience authentic relationships, tackle real life issues and spend time praying for each other. They also have a lot of sweet worship and active fun! They meet on Wednesday evenings and on the weekends Senior Highers are encouraged to attend the adult worship services in the auditorium.
We love our moms and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be a part of our adult worship services. To make it easier for moms with babies a Nursing Moms room is available off the main floor hallway on the right. It has comfy chairs, a changing table and a video feed of everything going on in the auditorium so you won’t miss a thing!
Adult Worship Services
We begin with about 20 minutes of musical worship. Worship is our highest priority according to the scriptures. You’re invited to express your love to God by joining in singing or you can sit back, listen, and take it all in. The words to all our songs are projected on a large screen in the front of the auditorium. There’s also room in the cafe to hear everything that’s going on in the auditorium via the flatscreen video feed in the café.
After about 20 minutes of opening music there are brief announcements of what’s happening in our community. Then one of our pastors will teach a practical message from the bible that’s relevant to our lives. After the message there’s time for you to receive prayer at the front of the auditorium, we would love to come alongside and encourage you during this time.
The service wraps up with 20 more minutes of music and prayer ministry time. After the message and during the music members from the prayer ministry team are up in front in the auditorium for anyone who would like to receive personal prayer. After the service if you have kids in VineyardKids, you can pick them up. There’s always opportunity to hang out, grab more coffee and make some friends.
