The Body Keeps Score
Mondays at Noon, beginning February 5. This women’s small group will be delving into the book, “The Body Keeps the Score.” We will learn together how we can better understand and heal from trauma, both in ourselves and others. In this safe and supportive space, we will explore the intricacies of trauma, its effects on the mind and body, and the path to resilience.
