Michael and John lead us through Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness, applying that to the unknown territory that we find ourselves currently in.

Life can get busy and can feel out of control pretty easily. In this week’s message, Brian unpacks how engaging in the practices of silence and solitude can help us experience a way of life that works.
A way of life that actually works includes resting well. Casey shares on what God has for us in rest and how, in our busy, hurried culture we can accept the invitation to find rest for our souls.
John continues our series “A Way of LIfe that Actually Works”.
John continues our practical series on developing a way of life with God that actually works. He shares on another way to press in: reading the Bible.
When things our lives are going well, it’s easy to see the goodness of God. But what about when things aren’t going well? Is God still good? Casey shares some personal stories where she has asked very question when life isn’t going the way she wanted it to go. But in the end she explains how God is still good, even when we question His goodness.
When we talk about Jesus, how can we be both True to Jesus and Culturally Relevant at the same time? In this talk, we see that we just need to keep pointing people to Jesus. And, in pointing them to Jesus, we can tell people that they’ll love Jesus (he’s amazing), (yet in some ways) they’ll hate Jesus, and (like it or not) they need Jesus.
What does it cost to follow Jesus? Nothing…and…everything. John shares about what this tension means and how we can meet Jesus in the middle of it.
